Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Tesuji. Please find the details of our return and exchange policy below.

​​​Before sending your products back to us info@tesujiworkscom. You need to send an e-mail to our address and you will then receive an e-mail with exchange instructions. Do not send anything back without contacting Tesuji Works as this will increase processing time.

1. Return Conditions:

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

• Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear or intimate products.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or defective.

2. Exchange Conditions:

• You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are only possible if the requested item is in stock.

• Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are covered by the customer.

3. Return Process:

• Email your return request to info@tesujiworks.com along with your order number.

• Once approved, send the product to the return address provided.

• After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
